The Space

The Loft — Crow's Nest (Upper Level) The loft bedroom known as The Crow's Nest features a king bed and queen bed along with a dedicated workspace and its own AC unit. Vaulted ceilings and the arched dormer window give this space a unique coastal character you won't find in a standard hotel room.

Please note: ceiling clearance in the loft is approximately 5 feet 3 inches in some areas — adults will need to duck in certain spots. The loft stairs are steeper than standard and may not be ideal for very young children or guests with mobility concerns.

Main Level The main living space features vaulted ceilings, large windows with Gulf views, and direct balcony access. Also on the main level: a double bed nook for additional sleeping space.

Living Room: sofa bed, teal coastal decor, wall-mounted smart TV, and arched Gulf-view window. Kitchen: fully equipped with stainless appliances, coffee maker, cookware, and everything you need for a beach week. Bathroom: walk-in shower, hair dryer, and starter toiletries.

Sleeping Arrangements (sleeps 6): Loft Crow's Nest: king bed and queen bed. Main level nook: double bed. Living room: sofa bed.

Good to Know: This is a walk-up condo on the 3rd floor — three flights of exterior stairs plus interior loft stairs. There is no elevator. The loft is an open sleeping space without the privacy of an enclosed bedroom. The surrounding area is lively central PCB — some noise from nearby restaurants and nightlife may be noticeable during peak season. Sound machines are provided. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
