Located in St. Andrews near lots of great local restaurants and bars.

2 Queen-sized beds and one King in 3 bedrooms means 6 people can sleep comfortably. One Queen room has a half bath, and there's a full bath as well.

The kitchen has updated appliances, a dishwasher, and all the basics you will need, including a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip kind.

For lounging, there's a separate living room. Take your meals in the eat-in kitchen at the dining table or at the breakfast bar (seats 6 total).

The whole house is yours for your stay!

A keypad on the door means no key to lose. Your own keypad code ensures your safety.

The back house has a separate private entrance and separate parking.

Message me in the app (between 8 am and 8 pm only) if you need anything. I'm just 5 blocks away, but I assume you'll be self-sufficient unless I hear otherwise.

My home is located in the St. Andrews neighborhood of Panama City, close to great local restaurants and bars and near everything you want to do while you're here!

You'll have peace and quiet in your own vacation house with everything you need for a great stay.

Walk to the bay, drive to the white sandy beaches. Nothing is far, but you will want your own transportation while you're here. Or you can Uber.

RECORDING DEVICES:
A Ring Doorbell outside at the front door and one at the driveway are installed for added safety and security (yours and mine). I have access to live and recorded video as needed through an app on my phone. There are no other recording devices on the property, but please behave as if there are!

PARKING:
Off-street (driveway) parking can fit up to 4 cars OR a vehicle and a boat on a trailer. There is also space on the street in front of the house. The mulched area to the right of the driveway is for guests in the separate back house.

TV:
There is a Smart TV with lots of apps (but NO CABLE). However, the high-speed WiFi Internet works great if you'd like to sign into your own accounts or use your own device to stream.

GARAGE:
One washer, one dryer, and beach toys in the garage are for your use. The garage is shared with guests in the back house (separate entrance).

Please lock the door in the kitchen that leads to the garage.
