40 min to Ski Apache, 10 min to Inn of the Mountain Gods, 7 min to downtown shopping, and 4 min to the Ruidoso Downs racetrack. Or just kick back and enjoy the great outside views, nature sounds, and wildlife.

Kitchen- fully stocked with adult and children's dishes, pots and pans, spices, wine glasses, knives....perfect for a lazy morning breakfast or home cooked dinner. A coffee or tea lovers dream station with an espresso machine and all the amenities as well.
Dining- beautiful table and 6 chairs with armrests. Large enough for a family game night. Jenga, 2 decks of cards, UNO, and Loteria provided.
Living Room- flop down onto your choice of a sofa, loveseat or armchair and enjoy the 200'' projector screen, Roku, stereo, and high speed internet with the whole family and roaring fire. Rest your drinks on your choice of a large coffee table or 2 end tables.
Outdoor- sit back at our intimate bistro table with a hot cup of coffee while taking in the crisp mountain morning air.
Garage- hang out while enjoying a game of ping pong or electric darts.
UPSTAIRS:
Bathrooms- shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided as well as bathtowels, washcloths, and hair dryer. Shower/ tubs in both bathrooms.
Bedrooms all have new foam matresses and plenty of pillows, firm and fluffy. Satin pillowcases, jersey knit sheets, and light quilts adorn the beds. Extra fleece blankets are also available for all beds. Nightstands and lamps with USB ports are on both sides of the beds. Ceiling fans in all of the rooms, besides the bunk room for safety.

My husband and I bought our short term rental in beautiful Ruidoso, NM. We love traveling here as a family with our 3 small kids, and take great pride and enjoyment in our home. We hope to share in the memories with you!

The roads to the home are maintained by the city, so during snowy weather they are plowed and salted. In Ruidoso, 4 wheel drive is recommend in the winter, but not a necessity.
