The large spacious 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom renovated condo offers open concept living at it’s best, including a balcony. This is a monthly rental, with flexible checkin date.

The large Kitchen with Pantry, Living Room, Dining Area, Owner’s Suite with en-suite Bathroom and Walkin Closet and the Guest Room with 2 large Closets also has an adjacent 2nd Bathroom. The Laundry Room Includes washer & dryer. There is also a large Entry Closet. This is a second floor unit with expansive cathedral ceilings.
The Kenwood Condo recently renovated with an incredible kitchen and updated baths.

The Living Rm and deck looks out into the shared park like green space and the pool in the distance.

The expansive cathedral ceilings in the Living, Dining and Kitchen create an open and relaxing space to enjoy some down time. The large closets offer extra space for your extended stay.

There are smart TV’s in the Living Room and Owner’s Suite. High speedy wireless internet provided. The alarm clocks offer charging station for most newer phones. The kitchen is well furnished to whip up your favorite meal or treat.

Enjoy the assigned parking space directly in front of the building for easy access. Additional parking is available across from the assigned parking space.

Guest accesses the exterior door the secure lobby via a lock box on the exterior of the building. The condo unit is accessed the keyless electronic lock with a code provided by the guest.

House Rules

Adult guests to be 25 years are older. No gathering larger than 6 people. Guests must agree to the HOA community rules, documents and deed restrictions. A copy is available upon request and in the binder at the condo or risk of immediate termination of agreement without refund. Park in assigned to parking space #2 or unmarked spot. No pets of any kind. No smoking, vaping or tobacco. Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Payment Policy

50% is due when booked, including the signed rental agreement for the condo returned to the Owner. The balance is due 30 days prior to the stay.

If you cancel your reservation 30 days before
arrival you will receive a 100% refund

• For reservations cancelled prior to 14 days
before check in, you will receive a 50% refund

EMERGENCIES: We know emergencies
happen! When life gets in the way (family deaths, hospitalization, acts of nature) - we work with you to reschedule your stay to a future date, with no additional fees.

No refund, cancellation or breach of agreement after the stay has begun.

Close to Kenwood Towne Center, minutes to Jewish Hospital, about 10-15 minutes to Clifton Hospitals (Good Samaritan, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, University of Cincinnati Hospital, Shriners Hospital and other medical arts.) This condo is about 10 minutes to Bethesda Hospital. Enjoy the convenience of great access to I-71, quick and fine dining, retail, Apple Store, and about 15 minutes downtown Cincinnati. This southern highly desired suburban area is a great central landing pad for work and play. High speed internet, cable and Roku are included.
