VILLA DESCRIPTION
You might need to pinch yourself in order to believe it, but Headlands Villa 3 is about as much of a dream holiday as you will find. As one of the five affordable luxury villas of Headland Villas located on Koh Samui’s Western coast, this villa offers the widest frontage of the entire The Headland Villas, the better to take advantage of the stunning sea views its headland location affords. From its striking entrance to its unfolding 180 degree views of the turquoise ocean dotted by the famous Five Islands and Ang Thong National Marine Park, you can be sure that you are surrounded by nothing but the best. Intimate yet impressive in equal measure, this villa sleeps up to eight guests, in two en-suite bedrooms and has the option to convert the space on mezzanine level to a third en-suite bedroom. All rooms are minimalist in design but earthy, comfortable and neutral in feel. Comprising two beautifully appointed pavilions, the first of which houses two interconnected bedrooms perfect for families. The master bedroom boasts a King bed, and comes with a walk-in shower area in its ensuite bathroom, whilst the adjacent seconds bedroom offers two twin beds, with an additional built-in upper bunk, allowing the room to accommodate up to four guests. The second pavilion boasts a large open plan living and dining area complete with a fully equipped kitchen and foldaway glass doors that epitomise the tropical indoor/outdoor philosophy. Upstairs on the mezzanine level is the tv den, which can easily be converted into a third double bedroom thanks to two single beds, and privacy curtains, and comes with a fully equipped ensuite shower room. As for the outdoor spaces, guests can expect an infinity pool which is perfect for taking in the gorgeous scenery, a shallow paddle part for the kids, and even an outdoor movie option thanks to a big drop-down screen and movie system in the lounge. What else could you ask for?

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING
Standard occupancy is 6 guests (6 adults + 2 kids). Maximum 2 extra beds are allowed in the villa available at USD 50++ per person per night.

- Chef service costs THB1,500++/Meal (lunch or dinner) or THB 2,500++/Day (lunch and dinner) and is subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Please take note that booking for chef service is required and it is subject to the availability of the chef.
- Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost as a handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

SERVICES AT AN EXTRA CHARGE
- Laundry service is available at extra cost and must be paid at the time incurred or at the time of departure.
- Babysitting service upon request and availability (THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum of 4 hours in booking is required)
- Additional services such as boat rental, car rental, massage/spa treatments service, tours, paddle boarding SUP, kayaking, cycling, and gym/fitness facilities are available upon request at extra charge and are subject to separate terms and conditions.
