**NO PETS** Welcome to the"Dunes"
This 5-bed + 6.5 bathroom house has a pool with all day sunlight and is situated on a double lot in the dunes. It features multiple alfresco dining and relaxing areas and is less than a 2-minute walk to one of the few private beaches in the Hamptons, only accessible to immediate residents by foot.
Everything included: linens, towels, chairs, soap and shampoo, etc.
Rental Reg: 23-166
Primary room: Queen bed + ensuite bath with shower and tub + private balcony with couches and umbrella. On second floor which has elevator access.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, ensuite bath, and private patio with couch and umbrella
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, ensuite bathroom, private patio (option for a crib)
