This 5-bed + 6.5 bathroom house has a pool with all day sunlight and is situated on a double lot in the dunes. It features multiple alfresco dining and relaxing areas and is less than a 2-minute walk to one of the few private beaches in the Hamptons, only accessible to immediate residents by foot.

Everything included: linens, towels, chairs, soap and shampoo, etc.

Primary room: Queen bed + ensuite bath with shower and tub + private balcony with couches and umbrella. On second floor which has elevator access.
