The space
Discover a haven of luxury and tranquility in the most prestigious neighborhood in Marakesh (La Palmerai).

Our stunning 15-suite palace, available exclusively for your stay, is perfect for hosting up to 30 guests, making it ideal for family or group vacations.

Exceptional Comfort and Moroccan Design:
Each spacious suite features a terrace overlooking the garden/pool with a view on the Atlas Mountains, a private bathroom, as well as air conditioning and heating. Each room also offers comfortable modern beds, and a 55 inch tv.

You can also find several living spaces around the palace, with a blend towards modernity and Moroccan traditions. The reception is equipped with a tv and several seating areas, and speakers in order to accommodate groups.

Dinning Area: You will find a restaurant inside the palace and in the garden where you will be able to order your meals from our chef.

Guest access
All the property except staff bedrooms. Some of the staff resides on site to ensure proper service. Palais Nouhass is a guesthouse and not a villa, following Moroccan hotel regulations. All guests need to be declared in advance.
Access to the kitchen is allowed only if you have a specific allergy.
Meals are provided by our services, or you have the option to order your meals.

Perfect for weddings, there is big reception that can accommodate guests in case there is rain or else the event would ideally be done in the garden. You will find large rooms for your wedding where you can accommodate your close family. We are located in la Palmerai, so other guests will find several hotels nearby.

Tourist Transport:
Our partner offers tourist vehicles (7 or 17 seats) with a chauffeur for your transportation needs.

Alcohol is forbidden in common areas to respect local. customs, unless authorisation (weddings for example)
