Due to its location, it is ideal for those who prefer peace and quiet during their holidays and enjoy being on the beach. The flat is located on the first line of the Adriatic Sea and is only a 1-minute walk from a private beach. The lagoon is directly accessible via a private staircase.

The holiday flat was newly built in 2017 and furnished to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace offers a romantic sunset. It is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and a patio table. The air-conditioned flat has a new kitchen, dining area, sofa bed, TV and bedroom with large bed (180x200). There is enough space for a travel cot.

Prizna is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Plitvice Lakes and the islands of Pag and Rab. The small village of Prizna (80 inhabitants) lies at the foothills of the Velebit massif. Here you can go fishing and snorkelling. The ferry to the island of Pag (Zigljen) docks in the bay of Prizna (400 metres). The church of St John the Baptist from the 19th century is well worth a visit, as it not only offers an opportunity for peace and meditation, but also acts as a pleasantly cool refuge from the summer heat.

A day trip to the North Velebit National Park is a varied alternative to the crossing to the island of Rab (15 km). Here, the magnificent mountain world of the Velebit massif meets a wild and romantic natural landscape, which is home to all kinds of shy forest animals. Bars and restaurants are 9 km away. Shopping facilities and restaurant in Ribarica, 8 km away. Other shops, bank and post office in Karlobag. The stop for the regional bus to Cesarica, Karlobag is 400 metres away.

In Cesarica you can buy fresh bread rolls (via E65 8.6 km 8 min. drive). If you drive via Senj (45 km to Prizna), you can shop at Plodine and Konsum (2 large supermarkets).
