The cosy living area offers a comfortable sofa, large smart TV and a calm, homely atmosphere – perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the Dales.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with flexible sleeping arrangements, making it ideal for couples, families, friends or work stays.

Guest access
Enjoy full, private access to the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, pantry, three bedrooms, ground-floor bathroom, two additional WCs, and outdoor areas. Free on-site parking is available.
Bedroom 1 and 2 are set up as king-size beds by default but can be arranged as twins if requested in advance. The sofa bed can also be prepared before arrival—just let us know.
The property is exclusively yours for a comfortable and private stay.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is best suited to families, friends and guests looking for a relaxing stay ~ not suitable for parties or events.

Please ensure the number of guests matches the booking. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless agreed with the host beforehand. Unauthorised visitors may result in immediate cancellation of the booking.
