The accommodation is quietly situated in the picturesque Arbanasi, with many little alleys and streets. It is just 200 metres from the sea and the beach. A shopping centre, restaurants, a café and the Zadar old town are a 15 to 20-minute walk away. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and it is only a five-minute walk to the Zadar bus station.
