The Casa Soleada provides a cozy bedroom with a double bed. A cot is available on request. From the window of the bedroom you can enjoy views of the pool and the sea.
The large living room offers plenty of space. A cozy sofa can be used as needed as a bed for a third person. The apartment was completely refurbished with bright and tasteful furniture.
In the dining room area, you can have breakfast together in the morning - the way to the kitchen is short. The kitchen has a granite worktop. The equipment is very high: There is an oven, electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils that you need to spend a carefree holiday.
The bathroom has a bath with shower and a bidet. There is a storage room, where a washing machine is available to our guests, there is also an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a small stock of cleaning products, if it is desired to wipe once himself.

From the large terrace you have a wonderful view over the landscaped pool area (with an adult pool and a children's pool), as well as a look to the sea and to the Teide, Spain's highest mountain.
The apartment is absolutely quiet, it's a wonderful place to relax. You can very well there recover from totally 'switch off' from a stressful workday.

The complex is located almost directly on the Atlantic Ocean between El Médano and Los Abrigos and is just across the street and a few steps from the long sandy beach. Both active vacationers and sportsmen, but also families with children, will come at their expense and spend a wonderful vacations.
Shopping facilities are nearby, there is a large Mercadona supermarket in Los Abrigos and also in El Medano, there are several supermarkets.
Also very good fish restaurants are located in the vicinity.
On the beach there is a beach bar for a small snack between meals.
