For nature lovers, the highest dunes of Belgium, Hoge Bleeker are a 3-minute drive, meanwhile, for ancient history lovers, the Abbey Museum Ten Duinen (the most important abbey in Flanders) and Vanneuvillehuis are a 5-minute drive/20-minute walk away.

The sea resort of Koksijde offers a variety of unique experiences, from horse shrimping (which is still actively practised in this town) to hiking, minigolf and even theme parks and gaming arcades.
