- No loud noise outside after 22:00; indoor noise: keep doors closed
- No outside speakers/music near the pool
- No illegal substances; violations result in immediate eviction
- No smoking indoors (violation: 2,000 THB)
- Swimwear only in pool; no pets on beds or in pool
- Extra guests must be approved
- Guests are responsible for any damages

- Small dogs only (≤10 kg), max 2 dogs
- Fee: 500 THB per dog per night
- Bring your own bedding and toilet supplies
