Located on a farmyard with plentiful sunshine and greenery, this antique stone villa for family and friends gives you every reason to linger outside and enjoy its peaceful, mountain-view surroundings.

Externally, the holiday villa offers exclusive access to a lush, 2000 m² garden, a sun-soaked pool with sun loungers and a lovely outdoor kitchen, where you can fire up the traditional brick oven and dine in the company of your loved ones and gorgeous Croatian sunsets.

Internally, the retreat has a typical rustic style, and at the same time, it provides you with all modern amenities to make you completely feel at home. There is air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. An open-plan living room with cosy wood interiors also features inside, alongside a beautiful dining setup and three welcoming bedrooms that ensure maximum comfort. Other essential kitchen equipment include a coffee machine, induction hob, microwave and oven.

Guests can enjoy the products offered by the villa’s owner, which include seasonal fruits, vegetables, cheeses, eggs, figs, olive oil, cured meat and wines.

Location

The holiday villa is well-served with shops and restaurants at just 5-minutes walking distance. The surrounding area is perfect for adventurers as they can take Jeep Safaris to Mount Velebit in Paklenica (a 30-minutes drive) and also enjoy hiking, cycling and exploring the peculiar Manita Caves there.

The Posedarje Beach with beach bars located at 10-minutes drive is great for experiencing the nightlife. Meanwhile, the Island of Vir, coastal resort towns like Biograd and Nin, and the historic city of Zadar with its delightful cafe culture, are all within 30-40 minutes drive from here. Day trips to Split and River Cetina are about 1 hour 30 minutes drive away. The closest international airport is in Zadar, approximately a 35-minute car ride from here.
