The third bedroom has a bunk bed and two single beds (80 x 190 cm). The entire house is equipped with heating. All rooms, except the kitchen, are air-conditioned. Internet access via Wi-Fi is available.

The resort was built in the early 1970s by an American architect in a sophisticated and distinctive style. The complex includes a supermarket, a pizzeria/restaurant, tennis courts, a bar and a disco. In the immediate vicinity is the Marina di Capitana marina, which is only a five-minute walk away. There you will find a popular restaurant and a discotheque. Diving, other water sports and boat trips can also be booked. The beach of Capitana can be reached in two minutes by car. Other beaches such as Mari Pintau, Torre delle Stelle, Geremeas are ten minutes away or Villasimius is 20 minutes away.

Children's toys, bicycles, parasols and an inflatable pool for children are also available. Bed linen, towels and an iron are also included in the price. Two cots are also available.
