You can simply reach nearly all beautiful Eternal City sites by walk, and it's just a little pleasant stroll to Via dei Condotti and its fantastic shops, Fontana di Trevi (Trevi fountain) and the amazing Pincio Terrace Gardens with lake and rentable boats, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and many others. The Colosseum and the Vatican too (also reachable by metro) are within walking distance.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. The building features a modern glass elevator that takes you directly to your floor, eliminating the need to climb steps. For those arriving by car, there's a secure paid parking lot just a few minutes' walk away, accessible without a ZTL permit.

Other things to note
Check-in: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. You can check in 24/7 by arranging arrival time with the host or leave your luggage in the apartment starting from 10:00 AM, but cleaning will be completed later.

Supplies: This is a vacation rental apartment. We provide a complimentary toiletries set, sheets, and towels. Additional supplies for the entire stay, such as toilet paper, are not included.
Kitchen cloths are no longer hired in Rome, please use kitchen paper/dish drainer

Cleanliness: We take cleanliness very seriously. Any problem must be reported with photos immediately after check-in so we can address it promptly.

Please never leave keys in the keyhole inside the apartment.

Air conditioned/heating work only with windows properly closed. There is no remote but you can choose temperature and airflow and they will be kept constant.

Electricity: in ALL Italian homes a load beyond 3 kW may lead to a meter power cut. This is normal and power can be restored in seconds. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to use too many appliances at the same time.
