The space

As you enter through the front door, you'll be greeted by a staircase leading to the top floor and a living area to your right. With three cozy bedrooms upstairs and one on the main floor, each with comfortable queen beds, dressers, and 50-inch wall-mounted TVs. The top floor features a bathroom with a shower, while the main floor includes a half bath.

In the living room, there is a 65-inch flat-screen TV and sound system create the perfect home theater experience. Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace with a glass of wine for a truly intimate evening.

The dining room features a beautiful, homemade dining table that seats up to eight guests. Whether you're hosting a dinner party or enjoying a romantic meal for two, this space is the perfect spot to make unforgettable memories.

The kitchen is complete with views of the Mississippi River Valley during certain seasons, ample counter space, and storage in the cabinets. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a large stainless steel fridge and dishwasher for your convenience, and right off the kitchen is a bedroom, washer, dryer, and access to the three-seasons room.

The three-seasons room is a true gem, providing the perfect place to hang out, dine, and play games while surrounded by nature without ever leaving the comfort of the indoors. This room does have the original windows, so it may be tricky to open. Please note a three-seasons room means there is no A/C or Heat.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house except a few rooms! There is a closet in one of the upstairs bedrooms, and a closet off the kitchen we keep locked for cleaning supplies. There is also an exterior door to enter the basement we also keep locked.

You will also have access to the entire yard if you wish to use it.

Other things to note
We do not provide cable tv. All the tvs in this home have streaming services you will have to use your own logins for.

If you use the gas fire place, please only leave it run for 2 hours at a time with the fan turned on.

While this home is freshly renovated, its charm can still shine through with its minimal wavy floors and heated boiler system!

There is a garbage bin and recycling bin provided.
