Just a few minutes' walk away is the beautiful spa park, which leads you to the village centre.
The maisonette flat, lovingly designed by an interior designer, combines a cosy cottage feeling with modern elements in a living space of approx. 55 m². The living space is divided into a spacious living and dining area, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. You can relax and listen to the radio, read or watch TV on the designer sofa in the living area. A DVD player and various films are also available. In addition to basic equipment, the kitchen also has an egg cooker, an electric fondue and an electric raclette machine. The bedroom in the gallery is furnished with a French bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and can be closed off with a sliding door. The bathroom has a rain shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. The holiday flat is fully heated. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the shared cellar of the house and can be used for a fee. They work with 50 cent coins. Unlimited WLAN is available free of charge.
From the sunny balcony with table and chairs as well as two comfortable deckchairs you can enjoy a marvellous view of the mountain landscape and the imposing Hochgrat. The balcony is adequately secured so that it can also be safely accessed by a small child. Your sports equipment, including bicycles, can be stored in a private lockable cellar room in the building. Your holiday home also includes an outdoor parking space that can be used free of charge.
With your Allgäu-Walser-Card, excursions are inexpensive: you can travel FREE of charge by bus and train from the Allgäu to Lake Constance and receive discounts at many leisure facilities.
The nearest supermarket is about 300 metres away. Within a ten-minute walk, after a short stroll through the well-kept spa gardens, you can reach the village centre with its bakery and butcher's shop as well as numerous restaurants, cafés and small shops to browse and marvel at. In summer, you can enjoy a wide range of hiking and cycling trails. The nearest hiking routes are just behind the house. The outdoor pool in Thalkirchdorf and the summer toboggan run on the Hündle are also well worth a visit. Golf courses can be found in Buflings and Steibis. Other excursion options include Lake Constance, Lake Alpsee and the fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle. In the winter months you can ski on approx. 120 km of groomed cross-country ski trails (night trails in the village). You can reach the nearby ski slopes via the ski lifts in Sinswang, Hündle, Imberg and Thalkirchdorf. Ski hire and ski schools are on site. Ski tours are possible on the Hochgrat. The Aquaria adventure pool with bathing and wellness area in Oberstaufen provides relaxation and variety.
