The villa is ideally located in Tartane on the Caravelle peninsula, in a quiet area, with all modern comforts and original construction on 3 half-levels. On the ground floor is the living area: lounge, 50m2 kitchen and an 80m2 terrace with direct access to the swimming pool. On the 1st half-level: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with wc and an independent wc and on the 2nd half-level: a large air-conditioned master bedroom with bathroom and wc. Beautifully decorated. Close to the sea and 4 sandy beaches, in a protected natural site on the Caravelle peninsula. 3 sandy beaches are within walking distance (200m, 400m, 800m) and the 4th is a well-known surfing beach 1km away. There are many restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery shop and a bakery in the fishing village of Tartane, and La Caravelle is a favourite with hikers. The villa is our home, which we rent when we go to France, so it is well equipped and we leave everything at the disposal of holidaymakers.
