Schönes Apartment in Genovés mit Ozeanblick
type of building: Detached house. size of property: 600m². year of construction: 1902. Owner lives on the property.If you want to explore Tenerife and enjoy hiking, this is an ideal starting point. You are quickly in the west and south as well as in Puerto de la Cruz, as my house is right in the centre.
Situated at an altitude of approx. 500 metres in a small village above Garachico, you will live among the locals and enjoy authentic living.
You have a view over the entire north coast. You can start the morning and end the evening on the small terrace and relax in the bathtub in the large bathroom.
In the living area there is a small kitchenette with dining area and you have a view of the Atlantic.
Live among the locals, in the tranquillity that a small village offers.
You have a TV corner and enough space to make yourself comfortable. A guest house is available on the property for two more people. Please ask me if this is also required.
The seating area between the houses is shared with guests from my guest house. However, you have your own access and your own small terrace in front of your flat.
There is access to private areas next to the flat.
The TV only offers German programmes.
The bathroom invites you to relax. There is an electric heater that you are welcome to use. Absolute peace and quiet in the bedroom. The living room and bathroom have gas central heating. This is adjusted to the outside temperature on cold days and supplied by gas bottles. It is therefore not available indefinitely.
However, I always make sure that there is enough gas for your stay.
However, please use it carefully! You can use the electric heating in the bathroom at any time.
There is a folding ladder to open the skylights in the bedroom. The ceiling height is very high.
You are on a finca with a garden, so you are in the countryside. There are also ants, spiders and frogs there, and we should avoid them and not them. They don't listen to me either ☺️, but go the way they want to, and that's a good thing. So please be friends of nature. We need the little animals more than ever!
