type of building: Detached house. Owner lives on the property. no group bookings. no youth groups.A separate entrance, which also serves as a balcony, leads you into your non-smoking holiday home. The holiday flat has a spacious kitchen, a bright living and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm) and a shower/WC. Facilities include radio, TV, Internet, bed linen and towels. The holiday flat offers 49 square metres of space for two people. If required, an additional person can be accommodated on a comfortable extra bed. A baby cot can also be provided. There is underfloor heating in all rooms. Internet access is available via WLAN and Ethernet. Bicycles can be safely stored in our garage.

Amtzell, the western gateway to the Allgäu, is part of the popular holiday region Allgäu-Bodensee-Oberschwaben. Various bathing lakes, cycling and hiking trails, forests and meadows await you in the vicinity of the holiday flat. Amtzell is the ideal location for excursions to Lake Constance, to the Alps in Austria, Switzerland or to the numerous attractive destinations in the region.
The holiday flat offers the ideal starting point for your holiday excursions. Public car parking spaces are available nearby. Shopping facilities can be found in the village, about five minutes' walk from the holiday flat.
The distance to Lake Constance is approx. 30 km, to Wangen im Allgäu approx. 9 km, to Ravensburg approx. 15 km, to the motorway (A96) approx. 5 km and to Bregenz (Austria) approx. 36 km. You can reach Amtzell from the north via the A7 and A96 motorways. Leave the A96 motorway at the Wangen-West exit and follow the signs to Amtzell on the B32. Coming from the south-west, you can also reach Amtzell via the A96 motorway or via Ravensburg following the B32 in the direction of Wangen.
