There's an 8-person farm-style table to gather around and extra seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Outside, the covered balcony includes additional seating and an outdoor sink for guests to clean the fresh catch of the day before cooking it on the Weber grill. Down the hall is a balcony facing St. Joseph Bay, so grab a book and curl up on the porch swing to savor the ocean air. Adjacent is a bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. This floor also contains the primary bedroom with a king bed, 50" Smart TV, furnished balcony, and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and double sinks. The primary bedroom also has a sit/stand desk with 19" monitor and docking station.

** While golf carts are not legal on Cape San Blas Rd, this home is located ~250' from the Salinas Park entrance where you can legally drive a rented golf cart (with beach permit) on the beach, making this one of the few locations on Cape San Blas where it makes sense to rent a golf cart!
