A large and spacious double room in a big apt. in Solna , close to Central Stockholm, and to KAROLINSKA INSTITUTET is waiting for you!

My goal is to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

You will have a very comfy bed with fresh linen, fresh towels, free brochures and maps, free tea and coffee and a homey atmosphere.

My place is 700m away from a T-bana (metro) station which takes you into Stockholm city center in 7 minutes (4 stops). You can walk 700 m or ride a bus between my place and the station: 1 min.

My apt. is unique because it's has lots of Arabic touches, my own weaved rugs, my own paintings...You will feel you are in a home, not in a showroom.

The bedroom has a comfy king size bed (160cm), a bedside table, 1 chest of drawers and a chair. You have access to the communal area of the apartment including kitchen, hallway and shower. Own guest toilet. You have also access to a large balcony.

During Spring and Summer there will be a table and a couple of chairs in your balcony, so you can have a cup of coffee or a beer, chill out and enjoy some privacy. Free Instant

Kitchen available for simple and easy cooking and eating.

Place in the refrigerator available to keep moderated amount of food and drinks. No place in the freezer at the moment.

Guest toilet - sometimes shared with other guest (s). Guests responsible in keeping the toilet nice and neat for each other!

Besides the chest of drawers in your bedroom, you also have access to a wardrobe space in the hallway where you can hang your coats.

At departure please return the keys and make sure you leave the room tidy.

I´m mostly at home. You are most welcome to ask if you need any help or information. I can take you around in the neighborhood and show where the closest grocery store is and where other amenities are located. I can even take you if you wish for a walk to show the beauty of my neighborhood!

I will do my very best to assist you and make your staying very pleasant.

If the guest needs a working space, he/she is very welcome to ask if he/she can use my kitchen table...

Solna is an independent city located just a few minutes away from Stockholm City Center. PLEASE LOOK AT THE MAP!

Solna is not part of Stockholm as some people assume!!!

My neighborhood is beautiful...woods, parks, water, an old historical farm, horse stable, horse back riding school, animal farm, swimming pool, 2 palaces, a marina by Carlberg Strand, 1 boathouse café and a cozy boat restaurant about 20 min. walk from my place.

During summer, you can go to the Swimming Pool: Huvudsta Badet or swim at our new artificial beach that's always available and free of charge!

We have an amazing beautiful view of Stockholm across the Mälaren Lake. All that in a short walking distance from my home.

TO USE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION you MUST purchase a card called SL ACCESS CARD and load money into it or buy Tourist card for 1, 3 or 6 days at any PRESSBYRÅN or 7 ELEVEN shop. You can do it already at the Airports. You can have discount if you are a student in Sweden or if you are 65+ years old.

The easiest way to get to the city center from Arlanda Airport is to take the Arlanda Express Train. It takes only 20 minutes and if you buy a group ticket with 2, 3, 4 ...persons it gets cheaper than individual tickets (Thursday-Sunday).

Another option is to take the Airport shuttle Flygbussarna to the City Terminalen. It takes 45 min. The tickets are cheaper if you buy them online. Get the SL app in your mobile. From Skavsta Airport to Stockholm City Terminal it takes about 90 min. by bus (Flygbussarna). There are several options to get to my place from Arlanda...I will send you more informations after your booking is confirmed.

1. I expect my guests to have their "ID verified" by Airbnb and to have a profile picture.

2. Grateful if the full name(s) of the guest(s) and the purpose of the visit is mentioned in the inquiry. (Ex: holidays, business, etc)

3. Guests are required to come into the apartment or to leave it silently at all times. . At 10 pm. silence must be observed in the whole building.

4. Please remove the outdoor shoes and leave them in the cupboard by the entrance door.

5. Appreciate if you don't use strong perfumes, as I'm allergic to strong smells.
