Multiple cameras over entries/driveways area so please ensure your guest numbers are correct.
Please book for correct number. Excess bedrooms will be locked and cameras checked.
If this sounds harsh, its because people have tried it and we have had to put measures in place.
During peak periods, min. number of guests may be required.

Please note we are happy to take bigger bookings as we can easily add in more beds for larger groups. Mattresses range between medium and soft.
The max capacity we can take is 21 people. This is only available with advance notice.

The spa pool takes about 5-6 people.
