As you step inside this three-level home, approximately 2000 square feet in size, you'll be greeted by wood beam ceilings and expansive windows showcasing breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The beauty of Shasta Lake surrounds you, with every room in the house offering a stunning vista.

Accommodating up to 14 guests, this retreat boasts a well-thought-out arrangement of sleeping spaces that includes 1 King, 2 Queens, 5 Full beds, and 1 Twin rollaway, ensuring that everyone enjoys a restful night's sleep.
With 4 bedrooms/loft, 2 full baths, and an expansive family room, the main floor offers an open-concept space with oversized windows, allowing you to soak in the natural beauty.
Step out onto the 50' wide decks with mature trees providing natural shading. Bask in the breathtaking views of the lake, marina, mountains, and wildlife from both the upper and lower decks. With a BBQ, fire pit, heat lamp, and a bubbling hot tub, you can create wonderful memories under the open sky.

Your transportation needs are well taken care of with parking for cars, trucks, ATVs, and boats (up to 5 vehicles, trailers, or boats in total).
Our serene neighborhood caters to families, providing the ideal environment for a quiet vacation.
For boating enthusiasts, there are two boat launches nearby and seasonal marina slips for moorage. Leave your boat at the marina and enjoy the scenic road back to the retreat.

Enjoy modern comforts with four HD flat screen TVs, high-speed internet, and a washer/dryer.
The central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and additional fans ensure a pleasant environment year-round.
From your deck, watch deer and wildlife as you savor your morning coffee or evening drink.
For water enthusiasts, we provide three kayaks and one paddleboard, free for our guests and shared between Retreats 1 and 2.
