Renovated house directly on Lake Wateree with dock-swim, boat, fish, kayak, tube

Beautifully renovated house on Lake Wateree with multiple decks & a large dock. Sip coffee on upper deck overlooking the lake. Go swimming, fishing, kayaking, or tubing off the dock with gear provided. Rent a boat at the marina 7 min away. Inside everything is new and updated! Cook a nice dinner inside, on Weber grill, or go out to one of 2 lakeside restaurants within 7 min. Have a glass of wine at the outside bar overlooking the lake under the lights or watch your favorite show on the 58" TV.

Sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Wateree Recreation Area and Clearwater Cove Marina (many fishing tournaments) are 10 minutes away. Wateree Marina (boat, jet ski, and paddleboard rentals), Beaver’s Den restaurant/bar with car or boat parking & indoor/outdoor live music, Dock 97 restaurant, and River Deck Store & Grill (live bait) are all 7 minutes away. Great Falls white water rafting, 5 public golf courses, historic Camden, museums, shopping, and Greener Pastures Brewery (opening summer 2025) are all within 30 minutes.
