While you’re here enjoy the natural beauty of Sardis Lake just around the bend. With its 98,000 acres there is always a spot to boat, hunt, fish, or hike.

Located near that sanctuary that is Sardis lake our cozy condo provides peace and tranquility in the forest while still being only minutes from everything the city of Oxford has to offer. Our condo has a private entrance, a double bed with luxurious European bedding and a sleeper sofa that easily pulls out. You’ll enjoyed our fully stocked kitchenette, fresh farm eggs and private bathroom. Located on the three acre property is also the Coop @ 182 where a variety of chicken breeds live their best life laying eggs of every color you can imagine (blue, green, pink, gray, olive, chocolate and more). The unique tree deck in the sky is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or to see the sun set (unless you walk down to the lake for another terrific sunset view). Relax in the net hammock or let your inner child lounge in the big swing. The garden comes to life at night with lights and magic everywhere. Take in the fern garden by the tee pee or the wild flower pollinator area right next to it. Unique drift wood and other eclectic pieces can be found in the most surprising spots and the best view can be found from the garden sitting area by the fire pit.

The condo is the entire downstairs of our home with a private entrance on the left side of the building. The patio deck located up in the trees is all yours and an excellent spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset.

We are always available should you have questions about your stay or the area in general. As avid gardeners and nature lovers don’t be surprised to find us planting native plants or pulling up on the 4-wheeler with a clutch of crappie or catfish. We encourage you to visit the chickens and if you’re lucky there might be chicks in the small coop. Our rescue porch kitties roam around our three acres where they have homes set up here and there and everywhere. Some are shy and some love to be petted. They were born and live outside and they believe they rule the kingdom (don’t tell them otherwise).

This is a tranquil neighborhood where the street dead ends into Sardis lake right around the bend past our home.

Parking is located in front of the home by the flagpole and taxi information is included in welcome sheet located on the kitchen table.
