The gated property is located at the end of a country road in a quiet neighborhood. Raven Meadows Cabin is nestled in a beautiful meadow full of birds and wildlife. Attention has been paid to every detail, including state of the art appliances in the gourmet kitchen and custom touches throughout. The location is perfectly situated between Sequim and Pt Angeles, making it a perfect home base for all your adventures on the peninsula. The mountains and water are literally minutes away! Rustic/contemporary space in beautiful meadow. Two private bedrooms on the main floor with queen beds make it perfect for sharing the cabin with another couple. The open loft area has two twin beds and plenty of room to play games and do puzzles. There is WiFi throughout so no worries about staying connected. In the summer months enjoy the outdoor BBQ and fire pit.
Eat wild berries just outside the door when they’re in season. Watch wildlife wander around the grounds.
The property is part of a working farm. There are goats, a miniature donkey and horse, big horse and numerous other animals on the property. Arrangements can be made to visit them for anyone wishing to. For the safety and well-being of our animals guest animals are not welcome anywhere on the property. This includes service animals.
We live on the property and are here to help in any way we can. The outdoors is our specialty, if there is anything you would like to do we can point you in the right direction.
We proudly use natural cleaning products where possible and provide natural and organic body care products.

House Rules

Guests who do not comply with the rental policies, as described below, may be asked to leave immediately without a refund and may incur additional fees for cleaning, damages and/or loss.

Scanned copy of government issued ID for credit cardholder required for all reservations prior to check in.

Shoes-No shoes in house.

Pets- We do not allow pets.

Damage to Unit- Any damage to unit or furnishings is subject to replacement or a repair fee. Please close and lock the door when the unit will be unattended. Guests are responsible for the security of the unit during their stay. Please report any damage to hosts immediately.

Smoking- Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the property. Any smoking in the unit is subject to a professional remediation fee.

Septic- Please flush only toilet paper and what nature provides. Any damage to the septic system due to flushing feminine hygiene items, baby wipes, makeup wipes, or other non-flushable items is subject to (potentially extensive) repair fees.

Communication- Please contact us with any questions or concerns. We are here to make your stay comfortable.

Open flames- Open flames in the unit (candles, incense, smoking) are strictly prohibited. No fireworks are allowed on the property.

Number of Guests- All overnight guests are to be included in your reservation.

Fire Pit- Please only use firewood provided or purchased. Do not burn anything from the adjacent woods or yard. Porch furniture is not be used at the fire pit.

Good Neighbor Policy- Please respect our residential property and the privacy of its residents. The main yard (east of the unit) are not for guest use. General quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM. Absolutely no littering on property.

Substitution policy. Unexpected situations not related to the guest may occur where the reserved unit becomes unavailable for the guest’s use. Examples include but are not limited to medical emergencies, fire, flooding, etc. In the unlikely event the unit becomes unavailable; we will provide a 100% refund. You agree to release us from any and all costs and claims incurred by you due to unit unavailability.

Access Policy. Hosts have the right to enter the unit for inspection, repairs, servicing, cleaning and laundering. Access is limited to reasonable times except in case of emergency or abandonment.

Release of Liability. The guests agree to hold hosts harmless in the event of any act by the guests that results in the injury or financial loss to guests occurring on the property.

Other Provisions- The representative for guests entering into this agreement is at least 21 years of age and has the capacity to enter into legal agreements. Any persons less than 21 years of age included in the guest’s party are accompanied and represented by a responsible adult guardian who is at least 21 years of age. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Washington. If any legal action is necessary to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees, costs and expenses in addition to any relief to which he or she may be entitled. This Agreement does not create a partnership relationship. Neither party has the authority to enter into contracts on the other`s behalf.
