Join us out on the plains of Red Bluff, 10 minutes from town in a brand new guest house on our ranch. Studio unit has a California king sized bed, full kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and washer and dryer inside the unit for your use. Plenty of parking, and views of the mountains and meadows of West Red Bluff. Starlink WiFi and access to an enjoining gym included.

Car is the only way to get around outside of town. We are about 10 minutes from town by car.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Specific instructions and directions will be provided on the morning of Check in. If you have any questions, I am happy to provide information earlier.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Maximum occupancy: 3

House Rules

No smoking, No parties or events, Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, Check out time is 10:00 AM.

Refundable Damage Deposit

If any damage to the Suite is done above normal wear and tear, the deposit will be used.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund given if cancelled before 30 days before check in date.

Notes

Access to a full home gym including a Peloton, full weights and rack, work out programs on smart TV, elliptical and treadmill...All on 40 acres of beautiful and quiet country side. Dogs, cats and cows are on the property but won't bother you in your Suite. Please keep in mind it is a ranch with livestock and dogs in the event you bring a pet.

We also have an RV hook up near the Ranch Suite for an additional $45/night.
