The space
Starting at groundlevel, the house has a fenced of terrace in front, from where there is easy access to the shared swimming pool.

Furthermore, the groundfloor has a living room area with open kitchen. These areas are airconditioned by two units.
The kitchen is euipped with stove and oven, a hood and a refrigirator with a freezer compartment.

The TV has IPTV installed with channels of multiple nationalities.

Shower with hot water and toilet are available on this level.

The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with a kingsize bed, cabinets and drawers. The room has airconditiong installed.

The 2nd bedroom has a queensize bed as well as cabinet and drawers.

These rooms share shower and vanity (both hot water) and toilet.

The 3rd floor is the rooftop with a dining table for 4 persons and a couple of sun beds.
A wall mounted fan and a portable fan are available as well.

The kitchen on the rooftop is not connected to a gas bottle for short term rentals.

Guest access
The house has two floors and a rooftop terrace. The whole house is accessible.

Water is charged seperately at THB 500.00/week and electricity is charged at cost price THB 4.50/unit.
