- Animal-friendly guests are appreciated since we do have 2 small indoor dogs.

- As our guest, you will have access to kitchen (light cooking only, please), dining room, living room and outdoor gardens (seasonal).

This is a quintessential New England neighborhood. Traditional style homes on tree lined streets. We have an Apple Harvest Festival annually every October during the apple harvest season. The festival is a town-wide event lasting three days that includes various rides and attractions, including booths from many of the local town businesses and politicians. Other events include the Under a Strawberry Moon Festival in June and various events held by the local town historical society.

Beautiful suburban neighborhood near Rt. 2, 83 & Rt. 94; I-84 east/west; I-91 North and South. There is a large variety of restaurants and shops in downtown Glastonbury. You MUST have car as closest bus stop is miles away and schedule is infrequent. Uber/Lyft available.

-Easy commute to hospitals, universities, colleges and large corporations.

This is a great place to stay while looking for an apartment or home or home base for sightseeing in New England. Boston or New York City is 2 hours away; Mystic, Foxwoods Casino, Mashantucket Casino and shorelines are within an hour; Hartford’s downtown is 15 minutes.

-There is no functional public transportation. You must have a car to get to my house and to get around the area but Lyft and Uber are readily available.

-10 miles/15 minutes to Connecticut Conference Center, Accenture, Aetna, Travelers, Hartford Steam, CREC, Downtown Hartford, Pratt & Whitney, The Hartford, United Technologies/Raytheon
