House Rules

Please read the following house rules carefully before your stay. By booking this property, you agree to comply with these rules.

1. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
An additional fee of THB 1,000 per hour will apply.

2. Illegal Drugs
- The possession or use of illegal drugs or any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. Any guest found violating this rule will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund.

3. Disturbances & Illegal Activities
- Fighting, violent behavior, or any incident that results in police involvement will lead to immediate eviction from the property without a refund.

4. Quiet Hours
- Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted during these hours.

5. Kitchen
- The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic cooking equipment. Please clean all kitchen items after use and leave the kitchen in a tidy condition.

6. Property Damage
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, appliances, or other items during their stay. Repair or replacement costs (including materials and labor) will be charged accordingly.

Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.

7. Pets
- We welcome one pet only, with a maximum weight of 10 kg.
Pet fee: THB 500 per stay.
Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
Please bring your own pet supplies, including bedding, food bowls, and other essentials.

8. Personal Belongings
- Please keep your valuables secure, lock the property when leaving, and check all personal belongings before check-out. The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or forgotten items.

9. Towels & Bedding
- Please take good care of all towels, linens, and bedding. If any items are permanently stained, damaged, or cannot be professionally cleaned, guests will be charged the full replacement cost.
