Close to the airport, city, hospital, cafes, and shops this self-contained, one bedroom “apartment” is on the ground level of a one-hundred-year-old Queenslander family home on a breezy, tree-lined street in a highly sought after quiet pocket of the inner-city suburb of Windsor.
With plenty of free street parking, buses (2 minute walk), two train stations (10 minute walk) and coffee shops (5 minute walk) nearby you can easily access the best of Brisbane and return to enjoy down time in the airy and air-conditioned, spacious and stylishly furnished living area. Relax and read a book on the leather lounge or watch a movie on your favourite streaming service.

With a well-appointed kitchenette (including nespresso machine, electric stove top and microwave) dine indoors, or step outside and eat alfresco on the patio area overlooking the landscaped garden.

The bedroom (Sealy Posturepedic mattress/ Sheridan manchester) and bathroom provides every comfort, plenty of storage and has an additional sitting area for some quiet time.

The guest suite includes access to washing machine, laundry tub, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board.

With a separate entrance, guests can have complete privacy and access. If preferred as we live on site , we are also very happy to welcome guests and provide any assistance as required. The guest suite was built in 2023 so is very modern, clean and fresh.
