It is overgrown with a beautiful large pine tree and many native plants. The villa has a cozy sun terrace for social gatherings with family or friends. The two-storey 300m2 villa surprises with a great view of the countryside, spacious rooms and consistently high-quality furnishings. From the rooms on the first floor you can see the sea in the distance.

On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, gas stove and oven. Toaster, juicer, kettle, blender and all common kitchen utensils are also available.

The dining area with a large sycamore table for 8 people is open to the kitchen area. A JBL Bluetooth box is ready for you here.

Also on the ground floor is a shower/toilet and the living room with a large Moroccan seating area that invites you to relax. Here you will find a flat screen in HD, a satellite receiver, a DVD player, as well as some DVDs, board games and books for every taste.

On the first floor is the large bedroom 210x210 with a wonderful view of the garden. The luxurious bathroom with bath, shower and bidet offers a breathtaking view of the pool area and the typical vegetation of the Balearic Islands.

The second bedroom / children's room has 2 x queen-size beds a 140x200. The room has access to one of the two balconies. A separate shower room belongs to this bedroom. The wardrobes for both bedrooms are located in the hallway.

The apartment can be reached through a private entrance. The bedroom with a double bed 180x200 by Ligne Roset and a shower room/toilet are on the first floor. On the ground floor is a small cozy living room with access to the east terrace. It's worth watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee from here.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, which ensures a restful sleep in midsummer. In the transition months and in winter, underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures. A closed fireplace is available in the living area for cozy evenings by the fireplace.

In the living room you have several double-leaf glass doors that can be opened. These remove the boundary between "inside" and the large covered terrace and pool terrace.

Various terraces at the house and the pool terrace are surrounded by a well-kept garden with a variety of Mediterranean plants. A particularly pleasantly tempered place is the shaded terrace under the large pine tree.

In the off-season and in winter, the house can be heated with central underfloor heating.

The sea, San Carlos and Santa Eulalia are only 5-8 minutes drive away. The beautiful bays of S'Aigua Blanca, Playa Es Figueral, Cala Boix and Cala Nova can also be reached in a few minutes by car.
