To the south of this beach is the Vendicari coastal reserve that extends for 10 km to San Lorenzo, near the fishing village of Marzamemi. Just north of the beach is the small seaside resort of Lido di Noto, which has a promenade with bars, ice cream parlours and a beautiful beach. The baroque town of Noto, a UNESCO heritage site, is 6 km away. Casa Pizzuta has a large garden with many almond trees. The house has a large covered terrace and consists of a double bedroom, two nice bathrooms with bidet, shower and toilet and a living room with a basic kitchen, a dining table and a double sofa bed.
