Welcome to this truly unique property situated on one of the largest lots in all of PIum Island making it the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining! Enjoy the seclusion of this spectacular, scenic lot while being conveniently located just a short half block walk from the Sunset Club, Plum Island Grill, Beachcomba and The Cottage Creamery and also just a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Plum Island Beach!
Please note the gas fireplace is only available for use between October 15th and April 15th.

We are a pet friendly apartment. Please let us know if you will be bringing any pets at the time of booking. The max # of pets allowed is 2. We charge $25/night per pet. The pet fee will be invoiced shortly after the booking. We ask that pets stay off the furniture at all times.

Although an early check-in can never be guaranteed, our cleaners are typically done prior to 3pm and we always message our guests as soon as the apartment is ready. Unfortunately, late check-out is not allowed due to our cleaners strict schedules.

With 2 decks overlooking the sweeping protected sand dunes and marsh, you can peacefully watch the infamous Plum Island sunsets and sunrises from the comfort of your home.

This 1,100 sq ft newly renovated 2nd floor apartment boasts a new kitchen w. granite counters, stainless appliances and tile floor. With 3 bedrooms and 1 bath you can conveniently sleep 5 guests. Furthermore, there is parking available for 4 cars for those busy weekends and hosting large groups. Outdoor fire pit great for chilly nights.

A small dedicated workspace equipped with computer monitor, keyboard, mouse & universal adapter for your laptop makes this a great work from home "staycation" option!

Free high speed internet with smart TV provided. Basic local channels available though antenna and Roku Apps. There is no cable television at the apartment. Complimentary premium streaming provided through the Peacock TV app on the Roku television. You are also welcome to login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts.

This vacation rental is located on the second floor -- it's one of two units on property.

The welcoming owners live next door and are available for any questions throughout your stay.
