Perla del Sol

This area is particularly appreciated for its balanced climate. This means not too cold in winter and not too hot in summer.
The beach in Puerto Naos is only a few minutes' drive away. A good starting point for many activities to explore the island.
The bungalow with its extraordinary architecture is divided into three levels, entrance area with guest toilet, 3 steps to the living area with dining area, kitchen separated with a bar to the living area and fireplace room with German satellite TV or Smart TV. In the upper area, separated by a connecting door, are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The furnishings are neat and cosy with attention to detail.
The spacious pool area is partially secluded and offers plenty of space with sun loungers and seating. Enjoy the day by the pool with a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the sea. A brick-built seating area is ideal for breakfast. Two terraces right next to the house offer both sun and shade and a cosy barbecue area.
The swimming pool is solar-heated and in the winter months from October to April also heated by a heat pump if required. It also has a cover to reduce cooling.

Children's travel cot with equipment and chair are provided free of charge.
The nearest larger shopping facilities and petrol stations are in Tazacorte or Los Llanos. There is a small supermarket in Puerto Naos. The Las Norias restaurant is within walking distance.
