ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT

This is a self check‑in apartment with a lockbox. There is no reception or staff in the building, so it is important that you read the Check In instructions which can be found also in the Guest Manual. The apartment uses automatic building door access for 1st time access. Followed by physical keys which you will collect from the lockbox.

There is no one in the block of flats who can assist you in person at arrival, so contact me if you anything is unclear.

CHECK IN

Once you arrive at the front of the building, press the Intercom numbers: 4, 0 and the letter C. The intercom will buzz and the gate will open automatically. Walk straight on to the main entrance, walk up the stairs to the second Intercom and again press the Intercom numbers: 4, 0, C. The intercom will buzz and the door will
open automatically.

Once in the building, turn right and walk down the corridor, take the SECOND lift at the END of the corridor (NOT the lift at the entrance).

Take the lift to the 6th floor, theapartment is marked '40' on the doorbell (the first door on your right, near the stairs). You will find a Lock Box at the front of the door.

Open the lockbox by removing the black front cover:      
Press the red
C button. Press the Lock Box Code: 2195#3.
Turn the black dial clockwise to open the lockbox and take the keys out.
Close the lock box by turning the dial and put
the cover back on.

The 2 keys open: One the first external gate of the building / main building door and second one the apartment door.

For your stay, you will be using the physical keys to open the main gates and door and the apartment. 


If you need assistance on arrival, based on the time of day (approximately 08:00–23:00), I may be available to assist you with check‑in if there are any difficulties.


CHECKOUT

For the 10.00 am CHECKOUT, after you have locked the door, please put the keys back into the lock box,
remembering to turn the black dial and make sure it is completely locked.   

Please remember to: 

Turn off all appliances: washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher.
Check you have not left anything behindFilled out the questionnaire.
Placed the keys in the lock box in the same way as Check In

To exit the main gates of the building when you check out and have dropped your keys in the lock box, you can find a white button on a low metal stand on the right-hand side a few metres before the gate.
