type of building: Multiple-family dwelling.An exceptional and centrally located holiday flat with sauna, balcony, whirlpool bath (no Jacuzzi) and shower/WC.
This holiday flat is centrally located and also suitable for families with children. The holiday flat is located in a climatic health resort surrounded by a lot of forest. It is also located directly on the European long-distance hiking trail E1 and the Camino Incluso pilgrimage route.
There are numerous attractions nearby, such as Heidelberg with Heidelberg Castle and the old town, Miramar Weinheim and Badewelt Sinsheim. The Odenwald invites you to go hiking or cycling.
You will be living in an attic flat that was renovated in 2025, which extends over two levels and is 80m² in size. The kitchen and the castle room are on the lower level, while the bathroom, the master bedroom, the living room and the balcony with the sauna are on the upper level.
The flat is very cosy due to its low ceilings and sloping ceilings, but this makes it less suitable for people of a larger build. People taller than 1.89 metres would collide with the rain shower, for example.
There are four bedrooms, each with two adult beds. A cot and changing table would be available for an additional small child.
The flat is located directly behind a bus stop from where you can take the bus to the old town of Heidelberg in about 30 minutes without changing buses. The same bus line also goes directly to Heidelberg main station. There is a library opposite, a petrol station next door and within walking distance there is a kebab shop, three restaurants, a bakery, a small supermarket, a café and a GP surgery. The central location in the town centre has many advantages, but also the disadvantage that you can hear the traffic on the balcony.
As the landlady is a course instructor and fitness trainer, she can also offer various personal training sessions and Nordic walking.
There is also a washing machine in the house in a subordinate room outside the holiday flat which can be used by arrangement.
There is also an extra bed for small children, a high chair and a changing table.
