The space
A bright, coastal studio designed for easy beach days and comfortable downtime. The space includes one queen bed, a pull-out couch, a refreshed kitchenette with full-size appliances, a dining table, smart TV, fast WiFi, and cold A/C. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the beautiful Gulf just outside. The bathroom includes a tub/shower and all essential linens, with extras stocked in the unit for convenience.

A fire evacuation map is posted in the unit, and a printed welcome guide inside the condo covers all house rules, beach safety info, and checkout steps.

Ring camera outside above the front door (records video & audio). No cameras inside.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire condo during their stay, along with the building’s beachfront pool, sundecks, beach walkovers, and multiple parking areas. On-site coin-operated laundry rooms are available in the building. Parking is first-come, first-served, and only one vehicle may be registered per condo, per HOA rules.

Other things to note
Maximum occupancy is 3 guests (per fire safety rules).
Parking: One vehicle may be registered per condo; parking is first-come, first-served across the approved lots.
Pool: Wristbands are required when using property amenities; no glass in pool areas.
Smoking: Not permitted in the condo or building common areas.
Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM.
A $50 replacement fee applies for any lost parking pass, wristbands, towels, or linens.
