The space
Welcome to your spacious lakeside retreat, thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and gathering together.
The open living room offers plenty of space for everyone to unwind, complete with a cozy electric fireplace that can be enjoyed with or without heat to create the perfect ambiance year-round. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase peaceful lake views.
Step out onto the huge private balcony overlooking the lake — the perfect spot for morning coffee, family conversations, or evening drinks while listening to the soothing sound of the water fountains. With ample seating, it’s ideal for both quiet moments and family gatherings.
The primary suite features a rain shower and an oversized master bathroom with plenty of space to get ready comfortably. A second master bedroom provides additional privacy and convenience, making the layout perfect for multiple families or couples traveling together.
The bunk room includes a stylish barn door for added character and privacy, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects bedrooms for easy access. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs for your entertainment.
The fully stocked kitchen includes all the basics and more, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy dining together at the table with seating for six, plus four additional barstools at the counter.
For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer inside the unit.

RESORT AMENITIES
Your wristbands are embedded with RFID technology and will give you access to all resort amenities and the private beach access.
There are five pools located throughout the resort (two on the ground floor near the lobby, ground floor lakeside, 4th floor kids pool, 10th floor pool above north garage.
Two Hot Tubs (main pool and 10th floor)
Two-story fitness center (closed temporarily for renovation). Estimated completion end of Mar 2026, subject to change.

Pickleball court
Nightly lake light show, usually around 8 pm

ON-SITE Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment so you don’t have to leave the resort if you don’t want to!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo and all the amenities available at the property, except for the hallway closet and a few cabinets with a lock. You will have plenty of cabinets and storage space available for your stay.

Other things to note
The primary guest must be at least 22 years old, remain at the property for the entire stay, and is responsible for all guests. A valid ID is required at check-in.
Please also ensure that everyone in your group understands and follows all house and resort rules so we can maintain a safe, relaxing environment for all.

If your reservation includes any dates between March 28 and April 11, 2026 please be aware of the new PCB spring break ordinance 1667.

The resort charges $120 plus tax registration fee per reservation and must be paid directly to them. We will send you a link before your check-in to pre-register and pay. Your registration includes wristbands and up to two vehicles. Additional vehicles may park at a nearby lot for a fee.

All wristbands must remain at the unit before departure. There will be a charge of $25 for each missing wristband. If your wristband is damaged it can be replaced free of charge.

Trailers or RVs are not allowed at the resort.

Guests need to bring beach towels, we don’t provide them.

There is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door that records audio and video.

The gym is currently being renovated. Estimated completion date is the end of March, subject to change.

Housekeeping
We provide amenities for the first day or two until you can get to the store. Amenities include: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towel, and at least one toilet paper per bathroom.
There’s a Walmart near the resort on Hutchison Blvd and Thomas Dr visible from the balcony.
