Each bedroom is thoughtfully arranged with comfortable beds and loft sleeping areas, ensuring everyone has space to relax 🛏️. The villa also offers a fully equipped kitchen 🍳 with modern appliances, including a microwave, electric stove, kettle, and toaster, plus dining essentials for group meals.

Parking for 2 cars inside the house, with additional parking for 3–4 cars available within the estate. Free Wi‑Fi 📶 is provided.

Pets are welcome 🐾, with small and medium dogs or cats allowed for a fee, while large pets are not accepted. Owners are asked to ensure their pets do not damage furnishings or enter the pool

Please note that outdoor noise is permitted until 10:00 PM 🌙, after which guests are welcome to continue their activities indoors.

We respect your space, so staff will not intrude unless requested. However, we’re always just a message or phone call away 📱 to help with local recommendations, extra services such as ice or charcoal delivery, or any questions about the villa amenities.

👥 Extra Guests: 500 THB per person per night. Maximum 30 additional guests allowed.

💰 Security Deposit: 5,000 THB, refunded on check‑out day if no damage is found inside the property.

🐶🐱 Pets: Small and medium‑sized dogs and cats allowed at 500 THB per pet per night. Large pets are not accepted.

🔊 Noise Policy Guests may use loud noise outdoors until 10:00 PM. After that, please continue activities and music indoors only.

If guests prefer not to wash the dishes or kitchen equipment, a cleaning service fee of 500–2,000 THB per day per session will apply, depending on the amount of items.

🐾 Pet Policy Guests must take full responsibility for their pets’ bedding and cleanliness. Please ensure there is no shedding, urine odor, or bite marks on items such as curtains, sofas, beds, and mattresses. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the swimming pool. Bringing a cage or pet bed is highly recommended. Pets must remain under the owner’s supervision at all times. Any damage or issues caused by pets that affect the property will be the guest’s responsibility.
