My living is a 5‑bedroom, 6‑bathroom private pool villa located near Jomtien Beach. Designed for comfort and fun, the villa features a saltwater private pool, karaoke, pool table, BBQ grill, fancy floats, and a large outdoor space suitable for gatherings.

Guests have full access to the entire villa, including:

All 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom

Fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, kettle, blender, plates, bowls, glasses, etc.)

Entertainment areas, including karaoke, disco lighting, pool table, and fancy pool floats

Outdoor BBQ area

Large outdoor space suitable for gatherings

Outdoor volleyball field (8 × 12 m)

Parking areas (2 cars inside, 7–8 cars outside)

Guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor facilities throughout their stay.

🤝 Interaction with Guests
Guests will have complete privacy, but our team is always available to assist when needed:

Check‑in & Check‑out: A staff member will welcome you at check‑in and ensure a smooth handover at check‑out.

On‑call support: We remain reachable by phone, LINE, or email throughout your stay for any questions or assistance.

Local guidance: Recommendations for nearby restaurants, cafés, and attractions can be provided upon request.

Extra services: Late check‑out, catering, or special arrangements may be available with advance notice (additional charges may apply).

👥 Extra Guests: 500 THB per person per night. Maximum 25 additional guests allowed.

💰 Security Deposit: 10,000 THB, refunded on check‑out day if no damage is found inside the property.

🐶🐱 Pets: Small and medium‑sized dogs and cats allowed at 500 THB per pet per night. Large pets are not accepted.

🔊 Noise Policy Guests may use loud noise outdoors until 10:00 PM. After that, please continue activities and music indoors only.

Late check-out is available at 2,000 THB per hour (subject to availability depending on whether there is a subsequent booking).


🐾 Pet Policy Guests must take full responsibility for their pets’ bedding and cleanliness. Please ensure there is no shedding, urine odor, or bite marks on items such as curtains, sofas, beds, and mattresses. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the swimming pool. Bringing a cage or pet bed is highly recommended. Pets must remain under the owner’s supervision at all times. Any damage or issues caused by pets that affect the property will be the guest’s responsibility
