Late check-out is available at 2,000 THB per hour (subject to availability depending on whether there is a subsequent booking).

For extra convenience, My Emeral Pool Villa offers optional services that can be arranged during your stay. Guests may order a 10‑kilogram bag of ice 🧊 for 50 THB per bag.

Charcoal for BBQ grilling 🔥 is also available — a starter set of three bags is priced at 100 THB, and any additional bags can be purchased at 40 THB each.

🐾 Pet Policy Guests must take full responsibility for their pets’ bedding and cleanliness. Please ensure there is no shedding, urine odor, or bite marks on items such as curtains, sofas, beds, and mattresses. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the swimming pool. Bringing a cage or pet bed is highly recommended. Pets must remain under the owner’s supervision at all times. Any damage or issues caused by pets that affect the property will be the guest’s responsibility.
