About this place

Enjoy this lovely Mountain Cabin in the Poconos. Our beautifully updated home is located in the 4 season Masthope Community. Ski big bear is 7 min away (skiing, snowboarding and tubing), Summit restaurant, 2 Pools, Tiki bar and arcade. Masthope private beach is 6 min away for swimming, boating, and fishing. Take a 5 min drive to the stables for pony rides, trail rides and private lessons.

Our home features a spacious family game room, large bedrooms, bar room and hot tub on the back deck!

The space
Updated open concept living room and kitchen area - bright space/large windows to view the wildlife. Gas fireplace, Large Smart TV with DVD player and selection of DVD's and board games.

Beautiful, huge bar room with smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and card table.

Super fast WiFi for those looking to remote work.

Game room includes air hockey table, pool table, dart board and 2 arcade systems one shooter and one classic with thousands of games

Bedroom 1: master with king bed, Smart tv and attached full bathroom - walk out to the hot tub on the deck overlooking the peaceful woods

All guests are to be 21 and over with an exception for children traveling with their parents
All bookings are required to sign our short term lease agreement after the booking has been accepted on Airbnb

For large groups we partner with our neighbor next door we can host up to 20 people

Guest access
All locked closets and cabinets are off limits to guests.

Other things to note
Use of our hot tub is optional. If guests would like to use it, the hot tub is drained, sanitized and filled prior to the stay. The fee for use of the hot tub is $200.

Masthope HOA fee is included in your stay for up to 12 guests. Infants are counted towards the 12 person maximum occupancy. Amenity badges are $10 per day per person- this will be taken care of at check in. Amenity passes not available day of check in

Please note that there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors. Quiet hours 10pm-7am.

Guests are required to drop off their garbage prior to check out at our community compactor. If this is an issue please contact us prior to booking.

Community amenities are not open to guests for the July 4th holiday (4th-6th)

Our home has a maximum capacity of 12 people of any age . No more than 12 allowed on property at any time. If guest count exceeds that number , additional fees and/or immediate cancellation may occur.

Up to 5 vehicles allowed for parking.

Guests are require to submit registration paperwork prior to 7 days before check in. An additional $25 fee will be assessed if registration is submitted within 7 days of checkin
