1. “Overall this was an amazing stay. The house lived up to the description. The hot tub, fire pit, sauna, coffee & waffle bar are amazing! The views were spectacular! With the resort being so close there were many things to do. The constant communication was excellent & we were very thankful for all of the recommendations and instructions for everything made the trip a breeze!”

2. “This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It was the best parts of staying at a fancy hotel and the best parts of staying in a vacation house. Little things like robes and slippers for everyone were really nice. The kitchen was extremely functional and well appointed. We cooked almost all of our meals at the house and it worked out great. We used the espresso machine every day - we made coffee, lattes, and hot chocolates. And we made waffles, which the kids loved. There was also a ton of space for our family. The two youngest kids really liked the upstairs room with two twin beds.”

3. “I can’t say enough of about this Airbnb!!! This was hands down the best one I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in many!! Erika was an incredible host. She was extremely proactive and had tons of recommendations, she was thorough and super responsive! The house was incredible. Exactly as described and as the pictures portrayed. My favorite part was the little touches though. For one, she had robes and slippers for each guest! She had tons of towels and did not skimp on any detail! The kitchen was fully stocked.. she even had waffle mix and syrup and tons of condiments! I’ve never stayed at a place where everything you need is there. The coffee bar was amazing and even provided the coffee!! Oh and she had the best games to play with friends and family as well!!! And had plenty of stuff to accommodate children. The hot tub was amazing and she also had an arcade game in addition to the pool and air hockey table! Everything was high quality! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will definitely be back!!:)”

4. “I visited here with my kids for my birthday and it was spectacular. I asked my 10 year old this morning what did he enjoy best and he said everything! The location was near everything in the resort. We did the scenic lift, go-karting and water park. We needed more time to do more activities. Even at the home, there were things to do. My family enjoyed the view, jacuzzi and sauna on the deck, swings on the enclosed porch, game room, and waffle maker. We were welcomed with comfy robes and bedroom slippers. The home felt so warm and welcoming. It was like home away from home. When we left, everyone asked, “ When can we come back?”

5. “Outstanding home with all the comforts of home! We highly recommend “Relaxation Retreat” owned & operated by warm compassionate couple definitely in “the right business”. Close to JMU for our son’s graduation but provides so much more! Enjoyed jacuzzi / hot tub & felt like we were suspended in a warm, cozy tub, as if we were high in the trees surrounded by nature, while jacuzzi jets relieved muscle tension in all parts of our bodies. We will be back for relaxing & enjoying more with no schedule next time. Beautifully planned home with all the little things a guest wants / needs (as well as big things) important for one’s stay but rarely provided all in one. Exceeds expectations! Spectacular views! Aesthetically pleasing & functional as well. It’s a rare find to have both, PLUS privacy while enjoying nature. Perfect place to think, focus, write, & to just BE. One can write for 8 hours a day while feeling like it was just 5 mins. Back yard is beautiful mountain going up. Pure.”
