Mid-century modern gem in family friendly & desirable neighborhood, close to towns and cities yet surrounded by hiking/biking trails and beaches. Located on the San Rafael/San Anselmo border just 20 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge. The deck is a sun trap with amazing views of the bay and Mt Tam by day, incredible star-gazing by night. 30 minutes to Sonoma wineries, 1 hour to Napa wineries, 30 minutes to San Francisco, 20 minutes to Spirit Rock, 30 minutes to Muir Woods/Muir Beach.
You get the whole house to yourselves! With fantastic views from the minute you open the front door, our mid century modern home offers privacy, serenity, modern structure, cathedral ceilings, openness, space, stocked modern kitchen, BBQ, office capabilities, sunrises & amazing stars at night.

Grab a yoga mat by the door & head to the spacious deck to practice yoga, meditate or just chill, while getting 3 different views, depending on which way you turn your head.  Rolling hills to your left, San Francisco Bay in the middle and Mt. Tamalpais to the right.  

Our spacious living area on the main floor space leads out to the deck through French sliding glass doors for your open air outdoor enjoyment, relaxation, yoga, watching the sunrise, morning coffee, and al fresco outdoor dining.

If you are into stargazing, then this is the place for you.  Lay on the outdoor couch at night and see all the constellations so clearly. 

Dedicated office with printer, whiteboard & office supplies for comfortable remote working.  High speed internet and Wifi.

No matter how cold, windy or foggy it is in SF or here in other parts of Marin, it will usually always be sunny and warm on this deck. Perfectly warm during the day – it’s hot but not too hot. It always feels like 75-80 degrees on the deck, no matter what the weather apps say.

Our outside space has something for everybody. The deck:  BBQ on the upstairs deck with grill accessories while looking out on a view of the SF bay. Hummingbirds frequent our deck and backyard.  At night- it’s just like the planetarium but real. Lay on the couches & look up at the stars in the dark night sky. Yoga under the stars and a city lights view is pretty spectacular. Enjoy an apple, pear or tangerine from our trees in the garden.
Fancy a game of Croquet ? Head down to the backyard  where you can play a round or take it all in while relaxing on one of the many couches, chairs & dining table.  

In the main living area, there are 2 couches, and 2 chairs. A variety of board games for the family in the living room, including a giant Scrabble board.

Chefs kitchen with everything you need to cook & bake. Bay views while cooking from the 6 top gas range. Please try the amazing herbs & spices from Local Spicery in Tiburon and feel free to pick fresh herbs from the garden on the deck.   Touchless faucet in kitchen, fully stocked with appliances, including an electric kettle.

The main bedroom has a California King bed. The second has one full bed. The third has a single bed with a trundle. A self-inflating king mattress is stored in the office but can be easily set up in the living room. There are also several large couches which are comfortable sleeping options.

This is a great house for a family, someone looking to work remotely or anyone who loves nature, tech amenities and good weather
