Schmittlotheim borders directly on the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park and is only 4 km from the western, quieter part of Lake Edersee and 3 km from the National Park Centre near Herzhausen.
The house is located in the centre of Schmittlotheim in a still natural, rural location with a farm nearby. The village bell rings at 8.00 am and 7.00 pm, the tractors hum and occasionally you can smell the countryside. Here you will find village life still largely intact and authentic.
Bright flat of approx. 50 square metres with separate entrance, eat-in kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, bathroom and covered south-facing balcony.
An external staircase leads from the balcony directly into the large garden
Living room open to the kitchen-living room with double sofa bed 150 wide, 2 armchairs with footstool, cable TV
Kitchen-cum-living room with fitted kitchen (ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment) coffee machine or Senseo pod machine, kettle, microwave, hand mixer, toaster, crockery for 6 people

You can swim in the natural bathing area of the Eder just 700 metres from the house, as a day guest in the bathing lake of the Teichmann camping and leisure park 4 km away (accessible via a cycle path) or in Lake Edersee.
And if you are travelling as a larger family or with friends, you can also book our separate double room with TV and private shower/WC.
