The inside of the flat is fully equipped for your comfort with facilities such as a washing machine and a dryer available exclusively for your use. Preparing delicacies becomes a real pleasure in our kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee maker with pads. Three cosy bedrooms offer enough space for up to six guests, while the presence of a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub makes daily routines easy.
Outside, the spacious, south-facing balcony of almost 40 m² makes our flat truly unique. Equipped with luxurious garden furniture, including two loungers, a table with chairs for six, a parasol, and a comfortable lounge, this becomes the favourite place to relax and enjoy the fresh sea air. This flat thus offers a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living.
The location is ideal for beach lovers and walkers, with the beach and sea just 400 metres away. For daily necessities, a grocery shop can be found 200 metres away. For the more active, the Wellington golf course is also nearby, and the centre of Ostend, with all its shops, restaurants and future swimming pool, can be reached within minutes.
