The property offers enough space to store your car, bicycles or canoes.

The area around Sellin, a region between the Baltic Sea, Lake Sellin and a beech forest, is a real tourist magnet with a wide range of cycling and hiking trails, its own sailing harbour and a wealth of leisure and cultural events.
